The Alba Method, also referred to as Alba Emoting, provides an evidence-based, step-by-step process to acute awareness of the physiological aspects of our emotional experience.  Through the instruction of Emotional Effector Patterns (EEP), participants learn to safely recreate pure emotional states simply by manipulating breathing patterns and muscle tension. When led by a certified instructor, monitored exploration of emotional states helps to recognize when unwanted emotions step in and offers the control to choose to safely step out.

I recognize the desire in all of us that calls us to reach for our full potential. With a customizable approach, I honor that desire in people and adjust my teaching to their learning.
